SPRINKLER SYSTEMS TYPICALLY RUN BETWEEN MAY AND OCTOBER

HAVING ISSUES?

  • It's raining all the time, can I turn my system off?
    • Do NOT unplug your clock! You can find your Sprinkler Clock in your garage.
    • What kind of sprinkler clock do you have? Check out our videos to learn how to turn your system off if it is too rainy or you have a zone that won't shut down.

    • If you don't see your sprinkler clock on the list above, you can still check Youtube for instructions. Again, do NOT unplug your clock. This won't turn your system off.
    • Once the rains have passed, make sure you turn your system back ON.
  • I don't think my sprinklers aren't turning on
    • We set our systems to run around 4:00 AM, so you might not see them run if you aren't up that early. If you have questions, you can always check your sprinkler clock (see the videos above for more details).
    • If you are still having issues, please contact us and we will get someone out to take a look.
  • My sprinkler is watering the sidewalk/driveway/rocks rather than my yard
    • With the water running, you can gently twist the head to point in the direction you want the water to spray.
  • I have a geyser in my yard
    • Do NOT unplug your clock!
    • Turn your sprinkler clock to "Rain" or delay mode.
    • FLAG the broken head. You can mark it with spray paint if you don't have any yard flags handy.
    • Notify our office. We will send someone out to fix the broken head.
  • The sprinkler system isn't turned on yet for the season or you have already turned them off but it is still hot
    • Once we have turned off your sprinkler system for the year, do NOT turn it back on. Please leave the sprinkler clock plugged in.
    • You are welcome to hand-water your yard when the sprinkler system is inactive.
      • Please make sure to disconnect all hoses from the spigot when you aren't watering during the "off" season. This will help prevent a frozen pipe or broken spigot when the temperatures drop.
